I got bb pearl 8100. I installed document/pdf to go, blingball, and some game (jar files) on it. I used Desktop manager w/c I also downloaded. My track ball is a little bit worn and my casing is fading (is there any1 there who's sellin 1?). Is is possible for it to be WiFi capable?

When you are watching the video press the menu/BlackBerry key. Full screen should be one of the options.

Jar and jad files are designed to be installed over-the-air (OTA). You cannot use desktop manager to install them. You would need a data plan or wifi (which you don't since you have an 8100) in order to download and install those files.

As for bluetooth, yes it can be used to synch your device with your computer as well as to transfer media back and forth from the device. Just be sure to select "receive files" while in the media player before you send the files.

You would need a data plan to use either of those map apps. While I'm thinking the apps will work, I'm not quite sure how developed and robust their databases are for countries outside the US, Canada, and western Europe.
