So we've just installed the new BES 5.0.1 on a Server 2008 box running Lotus Domino 8.5.1. Everything seems to be up and running ok, and I can log into the BAS too. I have created a new user, it searched and found the user from the address book ok, and I managed to set the activation password fine also.
When activating the device, the screen will stay at the "activating
![[email address]](?emailimage=bed47975a93f255c9ddccef2d016edaa)
. . . " screen.
The ETP.DAT email appears and disappears from the Notes client mailbox.
RIM are currently investigating but can anyone think what the problem could be?
I have the log files if anyone wishes to see?
