If you install this theme, you then need to select it in the theme selector of the OS. It will not erase the pre-installed themes when you do this. So, to get back to the pre-installed theme(s), just select one of the pre-installed themes in the theme selector and you are back where you started.

Same here. I would prefer a larger font than the one on my Bold now. Appears the photos above are shown larger than in real life. It's so small, hurts my eyes trying to read this. Any way of getting this a font size larger? Getting old

I think the today themes are the best for people that actually use their smart phones as organizers...but is there anyway (or any theme) that allows more then two calendar appointments to show up on the home screen??? I've looked all over and can't find a thing!

Great theme Marco!
One question. On the calendar, it shows an appointment in December and another one in January. However I've got a ton of other appointments before then. How can I get them to show up?

djmarcox,
Looked at your m.onethearm.com site and I'm just loving the L theme with messages shown. It has the best of both worlds, and your site has all the different themes you can get.
Excellent job, really great job.

I've tried a fair amount of Bold themes; some free, some pay, some Today, some Today Plus, some L Themes, etc. etc.
I keep coming back to this one. Simple and functional.
(Okay okay, +1 on a slightly larger font for the Msg and Today details would be great).

I've noticed if you have messages and sms messages in one, your sms messages wont leave the home screen even after you read them. Anybody else notice this. Love this theme any fix to it?

I'm having a similar problem with this theme as well as other today themes - see this http://www.blackberryforums.com/afte...day-theme.html
I only have this problem if I send a message using Quicktext. No problem if I send an SMS any other way.
NCBuckeye,
-are you using QUicktext?
- what OS?
- does this go away if you seperate the sms and email boxes?

[QUOTE=djmarcox;1116531]a lil today theme I whipped up.. tell me what you think...
Theme name: Marco2
Theme author: Marco
Theme credits:
Supported Device Model(s) and OS: 9000
Download Link(s): Below
Theme Cost:Free
I distorted my appts but you get the idea...
You just have to pick the top 6 apps on the app screen and they will be the 6 on your home screen... Im open to any suggestions hope you enjoy... I hope I posted this in the right section....
this is an ota link...
new version of marco2... left old one up just in case someone still wanted it.... links are at wap site or email address listed on bottom of post....
ota links here
I have updated the today themes with some of the suggestions from you guys...
I have made the selector transparent and the text above the icons smaller...
I also made a few versions of this theme... I removed the customization I had done to the first today theme with the leather back and made it more like the generic zen that comes with phone.. The reason I did this is so that you the user can customize it for yourself... One request I had was that the scrolling of the zen icons wouldnt wrap so I made two versions available one to wrap and one without wrap... The other request I got was that the application background remain the blue/black background not change with the home screen so I made two versions of that as well one with the app background that changes with the home screen and one that doesnt. Another request was to make the lock screen change with the home screen... All versions now do this... I have read about bugs people have been experiencing with scorlling and I think I have worked those out as well... Here are the 4 versions available for now.. Please continue to leave me feedback and suggestions and Ill try to continue to update them... I also renamed them to ota today...
Theme name: oTa Today
Theme author: Marco
Theme credits:
Supported Device Model(s) and OS: 9000
Download Link(s): Below
Theme Cost:Free
the different versions are:
1. ota today... wrapping zen icons, application background stays blue black.
2. ota today app... wrapping zen icons, application background changes with home background.
3. ota today no wrap... non-wrapping zen icons, application background stays blue black.
4. ota today no wrap app... non - wrapping zen icons, application background changes with home background.
Thanks for the macro 2. Its awesome! Any chance of a theme with no icons on the home screen so that we can put a wall paper and see it in full?
Thanks
