Good.

Check everything you want installed onto your device.

Wow! Okay.

Follow this step. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."

Search your entire PC and let me know if you find any vendor.xml files.

did you load the OS on your PC?

The link jsconyers gave you will let you download the device OS to your PC. Run that .exe, it will install the device OS to your PC. Delete vendor.xml and start loader.exe

Agreed.

Sonict120, you're missing a step somewhere. Slow down, take your time and follow each step in order.

No need to cry. We can get this fixed for you. Just be patient and follow the steps. Rushing through it will surely cause you to miss a key step.

1) download the OS for your 9000
2) double click on the .exe file to install it on your PC
3) Once installed, locate and remove the vendor.xml file
4) Run Loader.exe and follow the prompts.

Do you see the vendor.xml file there and the Loader.exe file there?
