We are about to start our virtualization project. I plan to move our BES (SQL on board with 120 users) into the ESX 3.5 environment. I'll post again with updates closer to time. It will probably happen in about 2 - 3 months. We've gotten quotes and everything but haven't actually ordered the hardware yet.

We're running our BES in a MS Virtual Server 2005 environment. about 40 users, no issues at all.
