I have done upgrading the firmware, but when I do ption- mobile networks-menu- tool-ping, I got this: Uncaught exception:java. lang.NullPoinerE xception.
I try to JL Commander, wipe is.
What should I do?

Remove the battery, reboot the device and see if it continues.

If it does, wipe with JL Cmder and reload the OS.

What if I wipe it with JL Cmder and reload the OS and it still have Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException? What should I do next?
