2.57 is the latest version for the BB and the Desktop.

Well I agree Ascendo is a great product if I could get 3.1 to work correctly. I am having issues with my computer and the phone syncing with this new version. I never had issues with version 2, but since the upgrade to 3 and 3.1 I have had nothing put issues.
Is anyone else having issues with the new version wit his not syncing or losing data between the two?
I love the updates that they have done, just cant fugue out what is going on with the syncing.

well with you having issues i will not be paying them to upgrade Ive had enough issues with it loosing my data

I also was having a variety of issues with 3.09 and now 3.10. I still can't get the desktop to work at all (won't even load), even though it had worked flawlessly with 2.57. I went and bought SplashMoney instead. It's not perfect either, but I'd used it for years on my Palm TX and it was GREAT. I'm hoping future releases will improve performance.

steve i love the product to and use it everyday as well but it does have issues. Everytime i back mine up it has yet to save current info it just saves the previous over and over i have lost my data so many times its not even funny.

if you email ascendo, they can send you version 3.1.2 which fixed alot of the problems. I emailed back and fourth to them about problems i was having and they were very professonal and fxed most of that i was having problems with. Best money program period.

I've been using version 3.17 for a few weeks, no problems. The desktop is working fine, it syncs fine. Got scheduled transactions working fine. They've released v 3.18 recently, but I haven't downloaded it. I don't see any release notes anywhere, so I have no clue what 3.18 fixes. Meanwhile, I'm satisfied that the software is doing what I need it to do. I do wish there was an easy way to break out principal and interest on my loan payments.
