I'm timing out when trying to open wap.blackberryforums.com. this never happened on my curve.

I'm not sure how to correct this.

I'm just using the built-in browser. I don't know whats going on with this thing. It takes forever to open anything.

Sounds like you're in a poor coverage area. Verizon is normally pretty fast. Not as fast as Sprint, but still fast.
