It has been rumored for a while that the RazrBerry was the code name for the new Moto Q from Motorola. I helped propogate that rumor myself, however, Jim Balsillie, chairman and co-CEO of Research in motion says that the RazrBerry is the code name for a yet to be announced handheld from Motorola that will support BlackBerry Connect.
