Newbie, database Iconics question

Hi guys, just lovin' my 7750! Even more now that I'm on the company BES server. What a difference the web is!
Anyhow, is anyone here using there blackberry with a product called iconics? and what about accessing database over a BB? like syspro or other corporate database?
Coming from pocket pc, is there a program that lets me see what programs are on my BB like exploring a windows directory?
Thanks, I'm sure I will offer up something usefull once I spend some time 'thumbing'!!
