I recently installed 5.0.1 MR1. I have 6 users that I can't access in BAS. When I click on the Display Name or PIN, the screen just goes back to the manage users list. They are getting mail and PIM synchs okay. All of my users were migrated from 4.1.7 via the Transporter.

Any ideas?

Transporter tool has screwed up. I've had this with a few of the 1300 users I've migrated, thankfully a small percentage. Only way I've resolved is to delete and recreate the user accounts then have the user carry out a new wireless activation.
