Hey Guys,

Can I please get some help for my Blackberry. My videos wont play from my windows media player. I have a Blackberry curve 8310 and my OS is 4.5. I try to view a video on youtube and nothing will pop up. My friend has a Blackberry Bold and I go to the exact same video and it plays on his. Ive tried everything from a 5 second video to a 3 minute one. Some videos will say buffering but then nothing pops up. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

The OS for that comes preloaded on the Bold is 4.6

What os are you running on your phone?

Options - About. You need to be running 4.3+ although by now you should running 4.5

Have you done battery pull?

Are you able to record a video using your Curve and then view it?

What is the exact version of 4.5 you running?
