Default How to RESET a Used Phone ??

Please Login to Remove!

I have bought bb-9000, its a used phone.
I need to reset the phone, (delete old contacts,messages,bbm,Email Account,etc)

I WANT TO SETUP my EMAIL, and BBM from old users to Mine...

Plz help me...

Am a first time BB user....!

hey did you buy this from a phone shop? if so I had the same problem and I ended up going back to the shop and they spent half an hour going through it with me, time well spent as I was pulling my hair out trying to work it out myself.

Easily found online with a little help from google.

Delete device data, third-party applications, or media card files - User Guide - BlackBerry Bold 9000 Smartphone - 5.0

You will need a Blackberry Data plan on your cell phone account to use email, bbm, and other data related things.

GUYS... Thanks for ur replies and helping... really, u guys are awesome .. and thts like a welcome to a club of bb users :p :p

Gizmofeed- i bought this phone from a guy, its used phone and i want to delete his stuffs off and setup afresh .. which am nt able to do it :(

devnull- i cant figure it out, as in security menu there are lots of applications and names etc.. i dont find any option of RESET or WIPE :(

Dubdub - thanks bud...

AM also looking for DESKTOP MANAGER tht works in WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2...
I tried downloading bt all m getting is error u cn use with SP3 :(
