Hi All,

For some reason since last few weeks no user in our company is able to access any social network site. Below is the message appears on end users hand sets:

"unable to access application - restriction has been set by my corporate administrator"

I think its some thing to do with IT policy etc?

Can any one please advise how to fix this issue?

Contact your companies BES admins and see what they can do. If it is an IT Policy, there is no way to get around it.

Unfortunately BES Admin is on leave, I am the next admin and can do some changes if required. Could you advise please what to check?

I found the fix, in IT Policy - Social Networking policy was disabled. Changed it and test its working fine now.
