I am using .247 with my Bold. Love it. The battery life is way better than the stock .162 with Rogers. I have lots of apps and the Bold is performing great. I would highly recommend the upgrade.

How do I check on my BB to see which OS I'm running?

Alt+Shift+H will show you the help screen. 3rd line down.

I have stuck with 4.6.0.190.

I'm using a Rogers Bold unlocked on AT&T. I'm still on .185 only because of the voice mail indicator glitch. I'm going to update to .247 as soon as I get motivated to modify the net.rim.vvm.alx file, but for now I'm not having any issues with .185 so I'll stick with it.

I'm using .247 also, I love it, but haven't seen a difference in battery life really. I upgraded from the Rogers official OS.

Other that the problems booting which were solved before .247, it is the first OS I found that fixed the problem that third party apps could not launch Blackberry Maps.

I have .162 and have zero issues. If I wanted to download the .247, how would I do this?

I also have .162. Maybe I should update and see how it works.

I'm using .247 for my Rogers Bold that's unlocked... Pretty much the best one for me. Actually it's a tie between .247 and .221 for me... But I like the extra application switch feature when you hold down the BB menu button.

Rambo........ Get the .247, you will be quite pleased with the battery life improvements. The VVM fix takes a second, as well as deleting the Vendor file too!

I am also running an unlocked Rogers on the AT&T network! I lover be able to choose which network I want to use, either 3G or EDGE! Not having to watch my device switch between them both all day long, being I live way out in the country, and am on the edge of AT&T's 3G coverage area.
