i have att and i want to download yahoo messenger and i know i got to delete my sevr books but how do i get them back and what is all the steps i have to do. do i need my computer or my phone can do it all. you hjave to tell me like you talking to a 5 year old sorry but am slow

In order to delete a service book you go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book. Highlight the Service Book you want to delete, press the menu key, then select Delete.

I have no idea. I only know how to delete the service books and resend them. Yahoo! Messenger works fine for me when I install it from blackberry.com/instantmessaging.
