I just upgraded someone to 4.0.2.32 and put him on BES 4.0 on his T-Mo 7100t

Now, he's getting "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"

I'd like to troubleshoot, but I'm not sure which service book to kill and reload. Anybody have any idea which one?

Just wipe the handheld and Enterprise activate again.
