I just purchased a Curve 8830 and have been trying to set it up like my Pearl... I set up my Yahoo acct for email in what i thought was the correct fashion. But when I try to delete an e-mail, it only gives me the options "Delete" and "Cancel," not "Both Device and Handheld" as it should... What gives?

in your e-mail, click the menu button, scroll to options, click e-mail reconciliation, then make sure the "delete on" setting is set to "prompt".

"email reconciliation" is blank. Also, now when I go to send an email, all I get is the "Save Draft" option

Try and re-send your service books.

And make sure you swithced your account to your new pin.

I got it to work, thanks... Resending the service books and "uninstalling" my email acct were the ticket.
