first my BlackBerry started freezing being unresponsive I tried doing the soft & Hard reset but would still freeze, now it just has a white screen with the message App Error 205 displayed in the middle with an option to reset but after resetting it goes back to that screen.. is there any hope? Can anyone help? would highly appreciate it

Wipe the device and then re-load the operating system.
