Typically a carrier problem.

Is this a new BB? Who is your cell carrier?

Have you tried battery pull?

my BB is not new. and i try alot of time to do full flash to my BB but also didnot work with me bcuz ... i thught that software problem but it wasnot

so .... i wana help plz

What were you using to flash it? You might have bricked the device.

Has it been activated by your cell carrier?
