I am having a problem using amAze gps software on my Alltel 8330. When using the turn by turn directions it only says about the first part of the first word of the sentence. Instead of "turn right ahead" I will hear "tu".

Does anybody know a fix of this or any other free GPS software that has turn by turn spoken directions?

I have tried using nav4all but have had serious issues with it working as well.

did you find a fix for this? i have a curve and have the same problem with words getting chopped up when using nav4all.

never had that problem on any other berry.

If you guys pay for these services..Amaze yourselves and get Telenav.

I use googlemaps. I was going to use amaze but cant get it to work right. Doesnt amaze cost something?

nav4all is free. the audio has always worked fine on my other blackberrys. it also works fine on my wifes 8703. It just gets all chopped up on my 8330. i really would like to know how to fix it.

AmazeGPS is free. I have not experienced this problem so can not help with it. :(

nav4all is, IMO, not as nearly nice as AmazeGPS and nav4all is only free for a short period of time to get you hooked, then they plan to start charging monthly fee's for it. More info is on their site. Just a heads up on that.
