Where do you find companies that are looking for BES admins? After doing BB support for ATT for almost 3 years I want to stay w/ BBs but do something that pays better. Any ideas where to start looking?

I don't think most companies have a dedicated BES admin. A lot of times it would be handled by an email admin that also does Exchange etc, or a remote admin that might do things like Citrix, Terminal Services, VPN etc. I really don't think I've seen ads for BES admins specifically.
Agreed, There are some companies that do just BES admin though, for multiple companies, but those are becoming less as more projects move in house and into the cloud.
