Been trying to get a Hewlett-Packard HW6965 to connect to a BES server for a while now.
The account has been created at the BES end, and is currently Initializing with a 'last contact time' of Never.
The device just keeps on saying 'Activation Pending' and telling me the service is unavailable. i am thinking a hard reset might be necessary.
Its getting frustrating, I have been thrown in the deep end on these (never seen one before i became the BES admin!) and finding it hard to find information.
No one has ever gotten BB Connect to work with that phone. There is something in the software that doesn't allow it to find the proper connection...I gave up on it a long time ago.

I have the same problem of you. Have you solve it? If "yes" pls. should you give me information? I have an HP 514 Smartphone, and when I tried to configure the bbconnect software, in the tab connection I had "Not configured".
