Invalid Address Error

Just started using BB Connect on an AT&T Tilt connected to a corporate BES server. We use Lotus Notes.
Email delivery is working great, however I am seeing a invalid address error when replying to email from other corporate users. I have tested sending myself an email and when replying I see the error. I say ok to the error and the email does get delivered to the recipients in the To field. This does not appear to occur if I send myself an email from my personal comcast account; it seems to be related to the Notes address format. I have a feeling it doesn't like the CN = format in the address lines.
Is this a known error with a solution? I searched here and also on the RIM techn site but could not find any hits for this specific problem.
