Default 8350i Network issue

Please Login to Remove!

I'm hoping someone can help me. I tried searching, but had no luck. Anyways, I have a user with an 8350i who let the battery drain completely. Now that it's charged again, it won't connect to the BES server. Actually, it won't connect to anything with data. I had him do a battery pull, but no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Tim
