Default BB 9650 Bold question

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 9650 bold I'm currently having problems with receiving duplicate emails. When I get an email from outlook it is sending email as if I opened one and not the other. My reconciliatin setup is "Delte on: is Mailbox & Handheld, Wireless Reconcile: is checked, On Conflicts: is Handheld Wins. Any solution to the issue will be appreciated.

Moved to the proper section.

Are you on BES or BIS?

Could you please explain in a bit more detail. If you use BIS, email doesn't sync. Email is pushed to your BB from your email ISP/server and it is also pushed to your PC's email client, i.e. Outlook. If you read in one place, it will not show up as read in the other. This is how BIS works.

If you read a mail in Outlook, it can take 15-20 minutes until the "read" status is visible on the Blackberry. To see the change immediately, you can use the "Reconcile Now" option.
