hi guys.
im on att with 216 OS
from time to time on a randomly matter my bold doesnt recognize the caller id
a call coming in, i see only numbers
i finish the call go to phone log and i see the caller id there
after i go to the call log it recognizr the number
but not when the actual call came in
the only thing that fixes that is a battery poll
but then again , in a random matter it losses it again and i see only numbers again with mo caller id till the next battery poll...
what is going on???

Was your device locked when the call came in? If so, then you've got "content protection" enabled. The device won't display the name while locked in this manner for security.

if i change the content protection it will be ok?
what exactly is that content protection ?
