Angry Ascendo DataVault Problems

Please Login to Remove!

I've been having problems syncing my BB Curve with desktop DV. I've deleted and reinstalled; upgraded and finally notified Ascendo requesting a resolution. No resolution has been provided for some time. Any suggestions or should I seek a complete refund?

I'd like to solve the problem. When I attempt to sync my BB to the Desktop version, I receive an error message then it closes. I even loaded the DV onto another computer and got the same error. Should I delete it from my BB, after doing a backup, then reloading it? Will I lose any of my security information by deleting and reloading?

When I sync it says, "Resolving conflicts" then states, "Ascendo has encounter a problem and needs to close."

I haven't had any problems with it, but you might try these things.

Read the FAQ and make sure you have the correct version, etc.

If nothing in there solves the problem, I'd contact them again. I haven't need to contact them, but others here have said they had good support from the company.

I had the same problem, re-download it and it should work. They returned my email last week, saying it was fixed.

Ascendo backs their products 110% so I would advise contacting them to resolve the issue before jumping the gun and asking for a refund. They are very willing to work with you so you can enjoy their programs.
