Exclamation jivetalk question

Please Login to Remove!

i purchased a jivetalk transfer license when i got my 8310, but everytime i try to log in it asks me to uninstall the license from the previous device. and i press yes, but nothing happens. when i go to jivetlak options and press menu i dont see register, i do have the license key number but dont know where to put it.

anybody know what to do? i emailed beejive support but they take forever to respond.

Do you still have the old BB device? You'll have to un-register the license from that device first..... or wait for beejive support.

Wirelessly posted (8310; The Juggernaut)

Yes, you would need to put the SIM back on the old device so that it can communicate
