i have a 9530 that will power up but displays nothing on the screen. i ran the jlcmder and i updated the phone aswell. the phone has been taken care of but theres just nothing on my screen. pc recognizes it and the update went fine. but still no luck. please help.

OK. Is this a new phone? Was it previously used? If not new, where did you get it from? Does it show any water damage?

its my phone. no water damage. just nothing coming up on my screen? the green light is on. but i dont see anything.

Did it ever work? When was the last time it worked? Did you recently update the software or add any new programs?

yes it did work once upon a time. yea i updated it but the lcd was dead. the pc recognizes the phone.

I asked WHEN did it work? Was it fully charged? When did you get it?

What changed?
Was it dropped or damaged? What do the water indicators say (in the battery compartment)??

it has been dropped but it worked afterwards. i didnt know it had a water indicator. where is the exact location of this?

the screen turns like a dark grey when i power it up.

I would guess that during the drop, you damaged the screen.
You could look at replacing the screen, which is probably your only option.
