Is it possible to change the frequency of the wireless reconcilliation? My users on the BES 4.0 server are finding it too long to update especially when working from their Outlook client. If they delete a new message too fast, it will not update their handheld.

Are they permanently deleting the messages by any chance? Or tried manually reconciling using 'reconcile now'?

Mostly with changes originating at the Outlook end. I think that Outlook items are being deleted and the Deleted items emptied or items are being moved to a Personal Folder. This happens between reconcilliation attempts and the Blackberry loses track of the item(s) so they remain on the handheld. I want to increase the frequency of the wireless sync so it can catch these items before the deleted items folder is emptied.

Easiest solution is to hammer into your users 'force a reconcile now BEFORE you permanently delete'. I do not believe you can manually change the reconcile frequency.

messed up reconcile can be caused by a few things but the 2 you may want to check is the load on the mail server, specifically the RPC request/sec and RPC request queue. If the server is having too many RPC requests thrown at it than it can handle, it will simply not service the requests.
Also check if the users have exchange cache mode on; RIM recommend this is turned off
