The option of being able to delete on mailbox and on handheld disappeared yesterday. I did not make any changes on my phone. Still running 5.0.0.1014 on my 9700. The option is still there for hotmail accounts, but it suddenly disappeared for my BES/Exchange account. Any suggestions on how to bring it back/enable it?
If you go into Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation, what is Delete On set to?
