It should still be under warranty if you bought it new, I would call your provider and ask for an exchange.

They should replace it, but it will most likely be a refurbed unit.

Default on my 3rd device

Well I got a replacement, but the wireless on the replacement did not work at all. So I got a second replacement.. and now the track wheel doesn't move very well.. so i am now waiting for my 4th device. This one better be it.. im tired of calling support to complan they sent me a faulty device.

Just reviving an old thread, has anyone else had problems with their escape button? We've got 2 7290's here (one being mine) that have dodgy escape buttons. Is this a common fault with the 7290?

Cheers.
