Well i was trying to update my phone to a newer 5.0 and instead I gave me a white screen and try again! Well now i lost everything i even tried to get my phone #'s off my desktop and it did it again so now all my #'s are gone!!!

gonna try and use recover my files to see it that will give m my #'s back

Do you have a backup or do you sync with Google or Outlook?

And what do you mean "lost"?

Were you following our instructions in the sticky at the top of the 9000 section and installing the correct OS?

You might need to first wipe with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reintall the OS.
