Have a couple users whose 7130s are not hiding filed messages. I have confirmed the settings on the device.

Is there anything else to check regarding not showing filed messages?

Are the folders they are filing messages to sub-folders of the inbox, or personal folders?

On this, is there a way to turn on the sub folders for redirection on the Bes without having to right click on each individual user and select all the subfolders 1 by 1??

well subfolders arnt a global thing i assume users have different sub folders so that option is not gonna be avaliable.
