I'm a Newb, and a brand new convert from a Palm T/X. I know this is a pitifully trivial issue, but I'm curious: do most of you use your thumb nails to type or flesh only. Flesh only seems faster to me, but with less accuracy. I keep going back & forth - what about you?

I use my thumbnails, otherwise, it's too easy to hit the wrong key.

I use the flesh. I keep my thumb nails trimmed low. If not then I will go to type and my nail will hit a key as well. I'm much quicker and accurate without any nails.

I use the sides of my thumbs. I have longish thumbnails but no problems. It's a little inaccurate, yes, but I can fix it quick enough.

I used to use flesh on the older bb's like the 67 & 77 series. I now have a curve and use my nails because the keys are too close together!

I have big fingers, and I find that nails work best for me.

Flesh by default. Nails are trimmed so nothing there to type with.
