Default OCS issue now that we setup a cold BES

Please Login to Remove!

We setup a backup cold bes that is running but the services are stopped. Since we've done this, OCS will no longer work for the users who are on our warm BES.

We've stopped all BES services, from the collab service to the MDS service, everything on the cold BES.

Anyone know why it's not working? I see in teh BB_IM logs for our main BES that the SRP is trying to connect to the cold BES..

Any insight into why it's doing this?

We have BES 4.1.6 on both warm and cold, pointing to the same DB. OCS was working fine prior to the setup of the cold BES.

So I assume based off this that the coorisponding MDS service must match the BES server.

so serverbb1_mds-cs_3 is pointing to serverbb1
and serverbb2_mds-cs_2 is pointing to serverbb2

?
