I need help please if someone can tell me why my bb 9700 dont let me place a call or recieve one. I get this message all the time: application registry : get or wait for (0x7c802477365c3985) owner died thread(thread 901450752,5). And when i try to call someone from my contacts is crashing and needs to restart the phone,and if someone call me is showing to this person that my phone rings but my phone dont ring at all.
If someone can help me with this i will be greatfull.

Unless the phone is defective it sounds like you do not have any service.
Depending on the carrier your callers may or may not hear a ring tone. They may even get a message the line in not in service but not all carriers do that.

If you got the phone wet or dropped the phone it could fail. Another cause could be a corrupted Operating System.
You could pull the SIM chip and try it in another phone or even go to a store and try it there.

Thanks first of all for your answer.
I already try to change my sim card to another phone and is working perfect and also i didnt drop or damage the phone with water or anything else.
I think must be the OS that has a pb.

Try using JL_cmdr and replace the OS or do a wipe and see it that works first.
