It should be under Options -- Phone Options. I believe even if BES policy restricts it the option is still there. It just can't be edited. Have you tried a battery pul?

Good thing you checked with the carrier by the way that call waiting is enabled on your plan since the setting on the phone means absolutely nothing. It's a network side service that the phone menu queries.

Have you tested this to see if it works. Be on the phone and have a friend call you. What happens?

It doesn't really make sense for your carrier to offer call waiting options on the line and then modify the OS supplied with the handset to remove it.

BES is the enterprise server for BlackBerry. You are probably using it if your phone is supplied to you by your employer.

Either answer the question if your handset is supplied by your employer or take it to the carrier and ask them directly.
