Hi

I'm Ian. Owner of Blackberry Torch for just over 1 week. I have some issues/questions but I'll keep familiarising myself with the 'phone & looking round the forum for answers first before posting on the appropriate sub forums.

I live in Pluckley, Kent, SE England, which is the village where the Darling Buds of May were invented, written about and, more recently, filmed.

I commute to Wimbledon and back each day, where I work in pensions & investments , subjects of growing importance to a 58-year-old like me, who definitely wants to pay off his mortgage & retire at 65 (or sooner if poss - unlikely).

I recently started a mainly theological blog on Wordpress called ij1689. There's next-to-nothing on it at the moment but I have several Word documents that I plan to post when I've tidied them up a bit.

The BB's my first smartphone. It's good to come across so much enthusiasm for it. I really appreciate the push email system.

Thanks in advance for all the help you will give me. Hopefully one day I'll know enough to be able to repay the favour.
