Hello there!
I have a problem with my bold 9900. it all started after i i connected it to my desktop computer and it froze immediately after i removed the USB. I connected it to my laptop trying to update it with my desktop software and yet nothing happened. I'm able to boot it on safe Mode and it works....so i thought my phone got virus. then I did a security wipe. after wipe, the 9900 was rebooting and when it got to a loading point a white blank screen appeared. now i cant even connect it to my laptop anymore. please i need your assistance. thank you.

Your phone OS was corrupted and needs to be reloaded. Using JL_cmdr type software clean an reload from the PC not OTA. Download the new OS from Blackberry and make sure it's for your model only. Do not load any third party Apps until your sure its working.
The BB cannot get a virus.
Unless you dropped it or got it wet it should be recoverable.
