Default Upgraded from 8310 to 8900

I was pretty good with my old 8310, but I am not sure of some things on the 8900. I used the Switch Device Wizard to load the new 8900. I connect to my home or office WiFi without issues. However, I'm unsure if I am gettting UMA or not. I don't see any indication of it on the screen. I am on AT&T if that makes any difference. How can I tell if I'm on UMA and what can I do if I'm not? What are the advantages to being on UMA anyway?

AT&T does not support UMA.
UMA is voice over WiFi. If you are in an area with poor cellular coverage, your BB can make calls over a suitable WiFi network.
But not on AT&T.

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything I'm entitled to. I guess I only have AT&T to blame. At least I can surf at WiFi speeds.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

How's your battery life when comparing the two devices?

It seems pretty good. I was using NAV4Aall for two hours or so earlier today and I'm down to 65%. I'd be down about the same on the old 8310. I need to get an adapter for my old car charger though. Anyone know where I can find one cheap?
