Hi- I am sort of new and when I got my new blackberry it had an icon for facebook, and when I updated the software the icon was gone after I restarted it. I have Show All marked so I know it is not hiding. How do i get it back? Thanks

What device are you using? I believe the Bold has a special folder that it stores those applications in (I'm clients as well).

Other BB before the Bold would display them on the main screen.

I wonder if perhaps you didn't get all your service books back after the upgrade. This icon is pushed as a service book from your carrier. Try options>advanced>host routing table [press menu] and select "register now."
