Hi,
i am living an issue on use Salesforce CRM mobile (downloaded form appworld) on the Storm and the Storm 2.

The application run well on an 8900, 9000 and 9700, but on stormx series there are some issues:

1. The screen does not rotate with the Blackberry
2. The keyboard continue to be showed, making impossible to work with the various multiple choises menu
3. The application does not work as well as in the 89xx , 90xx and 97xx serie

Does someone know if salesforce think to give native support to those Blackberryes?

Try this:

Go to Options > Applications. Locate the application your concerned about, Menu key. If you see "Disable Compatibility Mode", click that, should solve your issues.

it doesn't have this option...

Once in the Application Menu, dont click on the sales force app, just highlight it, then hit the menu key, and it should be there. if it's not then I'm not sure what to tell you. is the app compatible with the storm to begin with?
