I downloaded an app last night and as soon as it installed my phone started to reboot. Since then it has just been on a reboot loop. The white line gets nearly to the end then a red light comes on and it starts all over again. I have tried a soft re-start: alt shift del a battery pull (loads of times!) I have tried to log on to blackberry desktop manager and resettle whole phone but it tries to connect to the phone every time! I am stuck at what else to do! Can anyone help? Thanks

See if you boot in safe mode. See the following link, if it is still good, or search.

If you can boot in safe mode, delete the app. If the device doesn't restart, do a battery pull. See what happens when the device reboots.
