We have a user in our office who has an issue with her BlackBerry sending multiple copies of the same email. She is currently using the 4.1 desktop and using the desktop redirector to forward email from Outlook 2003 to her 8700c. Her inbox fills up with the standard RIM messages that should dissapear but do not. This seams to happen more often when she is traveling out of state. Some recipiants recieve the same message 3-5 times. Her PIN to PIN is working fine.
Does she have any rules that are set to move messages from the inbox to another folder? It could be that she has that other folder set to redirection as well, and so it is creating another copy of the same e-mail in her device
That's not the issue i'm afraid. The issue is that the device "sends" out multiple copies to the same recipient. She recieves just fine. The RIM redirection messages that normally dissapear stay in her inbox.
