I just loaded the latest OS (stickied) and I'm noticing an error when trying to play youtube vids when connected via UMA. Anyone else having the same issue? EDGE works fine for youtube.

i havent tried it on edge just uma and yes it fails (so did my curve 8320 on uma, but again never tested it on edge) i would try for you but i have no coverage at home without UMA (NONE)

same problem here. the internet browser and the t-mobile browser will handle youtube fine but i've never had it work on my 8900 or 8320 with the hotspot browser. im in the same boat with having no coverage at home except uma. hopefully someone will throw out some easy fix i overlooked?

I was having that problem before. After the error I tried again and it worked. Not sure if that will work on this release or not but it's worth a try.

uma is the wifi connection. edge is the network.

i've been using the new stickied os and haven't had anything youtube video work on uma. tried multiple videos, multiple times.

they'll fix it in a couple releases. if you have edge, turn off wifi and it'll work.

but we all knew that.
