every time i try to send a picture message it just wont sent ever, im on koodo and it says im on telus at the top and but i've notice that the signal is always either completely full no matter what or i have no service i never have one two or 3 bars of service.

Do you have a blackberry Data plan? That Service maybe blocked by the carrier without one. Give them a call.

If it says "Telus", then you're roaming and Koodo may not have a data roaming agreement with Telus. That means no MMS while roaming.

And as tsac says, without a BlackBerry data plan you can't use data. You get phone and sms only.
