I'm in the UK, and have a Curve on Vodafone, but I can't get Blackberry Maps to work - it just comes up with green diagonal lines regardless where I go to. I have a GPS puck that works (I can get the Curve to paste the lat/long from it into an email), but when all locations are green and diagonal, there's not much point in using it ;)

Google Maps works great in terms of mapping etc, but there doesn't seem to be an option to jump to a GPS location, so I can't use it either.

Any suggestions for either of these, or any other options?

Sounds like it is not downloading the data. A coworker had this problem and it ended up that he didn't have the IPPP service book. Check under Options->Advanced Options->Service Book and see if you have this one. If not, call this number and ask for it to be added to your device: 0845 440 0134.

That number is some direct number that bypasses Shiela or Vanessa or Shirley or whatever the name is of that annoying voice prompt system that Vodafone uses.
