I've noticed that when I activate a customer on our BPS server, the entire contents of the inbox synch up to the phone. Meaning all messages that are in the inbox, show up on the phone.
However, if I go to View Folders and look at subfolders, only messages that go into those folders post activation show up.
Is there any way to force BPS to synch up those subfolders for old emails?
Strangely enough, I deleted the user *Myself*. Readded myself, enabled all of my subfolders, then did a EA.. No messages in those folders.
Under server settings I changed the Pre-population days to blank and number of messages to 700. Thinking this would grab the last 700 messages in all of those folders..
